"The role of a creative leader is not to have all the ideas; it's to create a culture where everyone can have ideas and feel that they're valued." - Sir Ken Robinson
Prospective VT Teacher!
Thank you for your interest in serving at Village Tech Schools. The 2017/2018 academic year will mark our fifth year of operation. We will serve over 900 PK-12th graders in our educational village.
We are looking for teachers with a heart for students, a passion to make a difference and a living. Whether you are on a traditional or non-traditional path to the classroom, we want people who will add value to our village through their knowledge and skills. We work hard around here and we see that hard work pay off in the changed lives of students. We value leadership and integrity, growth-minded individuals and people with a fierce commitment to building and encouraging a community of learners (adult and student).
If you are interested in being a part of our adventure, please email your resumé to email@example.com. Once we have your resumés, we will schedule interviews. These interviews look a little different at Village Tech and we will explain more if you have the opportunity to participate. Otherwise, how you perform in the interview process is up to you. Just know that we believe the best thing we can do for students is provide them with great teachers. We are looking for the best and the best fit for VT.
Thank you for your interest in applying.

"In all my prior years of education I had been alone doing my 7th or 8th grade thing. Here though, I have a glimpse of what is going on in each classroom so that we can tie everything together in the Forge for the students, that is what's different and I love it." - Mr. Mensik, Forge Build Teacher
