Ready for enrollment

You’ve applied. You’re accepted. Now you are ready for enrollment! Enrollment is now online through Skyward. You will be contacted when it’s time to enroll.

Returning Students – Thank you for the opportunity to continue to serve your family. In order to remain enrolled for next year, you will need to complete the Notice of Intent to Return form. You will also need to complete/update the Enrollment Packet on Skyward by the beginning of August.

2025-2026 Application/Enrollment Dates

  • Info Nights: Thursday, January 16, 2025 6PM - 7PM and Tuesday, February 6, 2025 6PM - 7PM
  • Enrollment Window Opens: January 2025
  • Enrollment Window Closes: February 2025
  • Intent to Return letters sent out: January 2025
  • Notice of Intent to Return Due: March 2025
  • Lottery: Opens January 9, 2025 and Ends February 13, 2025
  • Applicants Notified by Email: by February 20, 2025
  • Deadline to notify of intention to enroll/decline spot: June 1, 2025
  • Pre-Kindergarten Round-Up:  at MOSAIC May 2025
  • New & Returning Student Online Enrollment: Summer 2025

All applications will be verified, if it is found that falsified information was provided we will disqualify your application and remove you from the admissions process.

2025-2026 Application/Enrollment Dates

Current Students – Records Requests
Current students and families of VT submit your records request with your Student Services Coordinator (transcript, immunization records and VOE (Verification of Enrollment and Attendance form (for driver’s learners permit or driver’s license).  Note that most of your records can be obtained through your Skyward Family Access.

Former Students - Records Requests
Transcripts can be requested via your Parchment account linked here.  All other requests can be requested through your VT Student Services Coordinator is pleased to assist former students with transcripts, immunization records, verification of enrollment, and proof of graduation. ** All requests are processed electronically, so if a paper copy is needed, then please communicate this request in your email. **

3rd Party – Education Verification
If you are a background check, LEGAL, or corporate entity requesting a graduation verification or records, submit your request to the Student Services Coordinator for the campus.

3rd Party – Government Agency
If you are a government agency (CPS, DFPS, TX Human and Health Services, Office of Inspector General) and would like to order a copy of the enrollment packet or need documentation of enrollment dates, submit your request via email to the Student Service Coordinator for the campus.

K-12 Districts – Student Records Request
If you are a K-12 District requesting transfer record(s) of a VT  student, submit your request through TREx.

Special Needs Records – SPED, 504, ARD, FIE, IEP
If you are a K12 requesting SPED documents, please select SPED from the list of schools when making your request. Contact the Special Services Department for any questions.
