7 Habits

We believe in teaching leadership and life skills while creating a culture of student empowerment based on the idea that every child can be a leader. Village Tech uses the Leader in Me curriculum to develop the five social-emotional competencies for students and staff.

Design Thinking

DT is a set of mindsets for approaching learning and solving problems. Here we identify problems, get inspired, develop ideas, empathize with the situation, and then create a solution.

Leagues & Crews

This is a place to belong. Every student is placed in a larger league and a smaller multi-grade Crews. Crew time focuses on building culture through the 7 Habits, design mindsets, and methods.
