You can log in to LotterEase and continue to check your child’s waitlist status, or you can wait for an automatic communication. When there is significant movement up or down the waitlist, an email will be generated to alert you. Once you are in waitlist position 1-5, an automated notice is generated with every move. Please check your junk mail to make sure you are receiving the alerts.

Visit the front office and fill out a Dual Residency Affidavit. Please bring a utility bill and come with the person whose name is on the utility bill. That person will also need to bring their driver’s license (or picture ID with address). We typically have a notary on campus who can notarize the form.

This means that your child’s information is being processed. There is nothing you need to do.

At VTS, we have a tradition. Your child’s teacher will call you. The phone calls are typically made during the week right before school and will happen before Meet the Teacher Night.

First, make sure the automatic emails generated from LotterEase confirming your application did not go to your junk mail. After that, nothing else. You can log in at any time to check your child’s status. An email will be generated to alert you if there is any movement on the waitlist.

There is a reset button you can use to reset your password. For any other issues, there is a help button that sends an email to one of our campus registrars.

The lottery runs every year from Jan. 9 through Feb. 13.
